TGIF!

We woke up to a beautiful day today-- the birds were chirping, the sun was shining, and we couldn't wait to get started on all our activities!

We played some sports:

We started making decorations for PROM tomorrow:
(Can you guess the theme??)

We also prepared for our super special evening activity...

But before that, we had to make our daily trip to the beach! There were a few clouds in the sky, so we did all sorts of things in and out of the water.

Some people read books:

Some people collected rocks

Some people napped

And some people got in the water!

Then we dried off, came back to camp, and got ready for the evening's festivities....

There were Teletubbies!

There were wolves!

There were girls in beards!

There were guys in make-up!

What can all this craziness mean!? You guessed it! STUDIO NIGHT!

Studio night is a chance for every camper and counselor to strut their stuff on stage. We spent the morning preparing skits, dances, songs, and more. Then, we soaked up the limelight in front of all our favorite people.

We kicked things off with Tulgeywood. The guys prepared a beautiful dance number to Shania Twain's classic "You're Still the One"

Slithy Toves kept up the momentum with a James Bond skit that kept everybody on the edge of their seats:

Joe stole hearts with his stirring rendition of "Old MacDonald"

Mimsy had us rolling on the floor with their comedy routine:

What did sushi A say to sushi B?
Wasabi!

What did the Lion King say to Simba when he was walking slowly?
Mufasa!

Gyre and Gimble brought down the house with a cat-remixed One Direction song as teletubbies:

Galumphing got in character to present "The Girl Who Cried Wolf":

JubJub got us all grooving to James Taylor's hit "Mexico":

Momeraths awed us all with their moves to Michael Jackson's "Beat It":

James Brown crooned to Bruno Mars' "Marry You":

And Bandersnatch closed out the night by getting the audience out of their seats as they shimmied and shook to Beyoncé:

All the dancing exhausted us, and now we are cozily tucked in our beds. We have to rest our dancing feet for tomorrow.... IT'S PROM!!!!!!!!!
