A pie in the face brings kayaks to the beach

Last night we had play practice, and to reward the campers for being so patient, our fearless directors Brie and Zach decided to...

Let the campers throw cream pies in their faces!

Even gentle Stacey relishes the opportunity to punish the play directors.

Peter is a slapstick natural!

You may not recognize Richard in his blue wig.

In a slight change of pace, this morning some young volunteers from a West Chop day camp and their families helped out with a pillowcase-decorating art project.

They had also raised hundreds of dollars for camp in a car wash!

A big Jabberwocky thank you!

You can see some of our handiwork hanging in the background.

Another perfect day at the beach!

But this was no ordinary beach day.

A kayaking company brought kayaks and stand-up paddle boards to us at State Beach.

Just when you thought it was safe to go in...

Chris M. shows up with his cup of water.

J. Lo and Kyle looking fierce.

Kirk knows how to relax!

Slithy Toves pals Corey and Gage with counselor Jessica.

Chris B. shows off his gluten-free snack.

How to sit on the stand up paddle board.

Adam and Tony conquer the high seas.

Finally, we didn't take any photos because we were too busy eating, but Patty, Leslie, and Mark made us an exquisite Thanksgiving dinner with all the fix ins'. Yum!
