It's fun to stay at the YMCA! And, Elimination Night!

This morning, we played croquet (sorry, not pictured), made "tie dye" shirts...

and had art class.

Then a group headed to the YMCA for a pool party.

The Y provided purple swimming caps. They must have gotten the memo from Andrew Z. that it was Purple Day.

Alex points out the water slide.

Dan down the slide!

 Splash! It's Gage!

There was an awesome chair that lifted campers in and out of the water. We need one of them at State Beach!

Alex has time to pose in between trips to the water slide.

A big shout-out to the counselors at the pool party (Brie, Sarah, Kerkira, Annie, Ashley, Ilianna, and Gaby) for bringing the fun and taking such loving care of your campers!

Then we met the rest of the crew at the beach, where we didn't take any pictures because at this point you know what we look like at the beach.

At Illumination Night, Robbie immediately met paramedics and firefighters, who hooked him up with a free shirt. Thanks!

Since then he's had a lot to say about paramedic Crystal. (For some reason, not as much to say about his other new friend.)

Some of us went into town to get ice cream, others went to the Tabernacle for the community sing.

The community sing is led by this gentleman in red pants.

Celeste was rapt.

Michael F. doesn't want to march in the infantry, shoot the artillery, ride with cavalry, fly over Germany. He's in the Swiss Navy.

Dance, Richard! We're going to miss you when you leave tomorrow!

Then all the lights were turned off and everyone walked around to look at the quaint "gingerbread" cottages all strung up with lanterns.

It was extremely crowded and if you let go of your camper's hand for one second to take a picture, you might never see them again.

So not a ton of pictures. But lots of fun!

A: "I did fireworks at the golf course. In the sand trap. And sparklers. (sound effects)"
