Catching up on the news and playing catch

Here are the baseball photos from the other night. Due to technical errors, (you don't want to know)We are a tad tardy posting them. Hopefully our skill level will improve and our computer will cooperate in the future.

We started off with a particularly emotional singing of the National Anthem.
It was almost recognizable.

Philip keeps his eye on the ball, and Jere keeps his eye on Philip.

And the "crowd" goes wild. Sorta.

Batters up.

There were lots of hits, cheering, and running around.
It was chaos and it was a blast.

Yesterday,
we arrived at the beach late afternoon so we would have plenty of time to swim, chill and eat before drumming. We like all of these activities, especially eating.

 Hannah shows her chilling skills.

Jake might be new, but he seems to make friends easily.

Andy shows off his style. (I was told it is called trash can retrieval)

Sarah made sure the floaties didn't blow away.

As usual, the drummers drew us in and we danced up a storm, entertaining ourselves and the crowd who we knew wanted to join in. Maybe next time.

It was a beautiful day/night at the beach topped off with s'mores and music.
No complaints here.
